Vendor Responsibilities and Expectations
Communication Protocol
Vendors and their employees/agents must not discuss the cause of any issue, repairs, or details with Tenants or other Property Management Companies without written approval.
All communication (beyond scheduling access or usage instructions for new, installed, or repaired items) must go through the Broker or Broker’s Agent.
Broker and Property Ownership
The Broker does not have any ownership interest in the properties managed.
The Broker serves as an Agent for the property Owners.
Vendors agree to hold the Broker, its employees, and agents harmless if property Owners fail to pay for services, supplies, or labor requested by the Owner or Broker.
Scope of Work
Vendors must only complete work that has been specifically ordered and approved by the Owner and/or Broker.
Tenants do not have the authority to request or approve work on the property.
Licensing and Insurance
Vendors must maintain appropriate licenses, permits, and insurance to perform the services requested.
Liability
Vendors agree not to hold the Broker, its employees, or agents liable for injuries or damages incurred while on the property.
Vendors will seek resolution directly with the property Owner in case of disputes. Owner information will be provided upon request.
