Payment Terms: Net-30

 

What is Net-30? 

 

Net-30 means payment will be made within 30 days of service completion, provided the Vendor submits an invoice in a timely manner.

 

Submit invoices by the 30th of each month to be paid by the 8th of the following month.

 

If the 8th falls on a holiday or weekend, payments will be processed the next business day.

 

Example: If services are completed on the 4th and the invoice is sent to billing@onefamilypropertyservices.com, payment will be made the following month.

 

Move-Out Work Orders

 

For “MOVE OUT” work orders, invoices are due within 24 hours of work completion.

 

These payments may be delayed if the Tenant disputes the charge, as funds come from the Tenant’s Security Deposit.In such cases, ONE Family Property Services will coordinate with the Owner to ensure payment while resolving the dispute.

 

If these terms cannot be accommodated, we kindly ask you to decline the Work Order.
